How do I Access the NTT Services Operator Portal?

This is not the same as accessing Cloud Core Services, to access Cloud Core Services please refer to How do I Access Cloud Core Services? instead.

To access the NTT Services Portal Operator, navigate to https://iop.portal.nttltd.global.ntt/l/operator

If you have one or more Microsoft accounts already in context the login screen will list them. Otherwise, it will appear as shown below. Click on Submit to enter your Microsoft Azure AD Credentials. Then, either enter or select the appropriate credential as appropriate and click Next. You may be prompted for a password and additional multi-factor authentication (MFA) login components depending on your Microsoft account configuration and most recent log in:

Some users will be associated with multiple accounts and will be presented with the Select Profile screen where the relevant account must first be selected. This account must have Operator level functionality.

NTT SP will display the Operator dashboard screen. To log out click on your initials in the top right corner of the screen and select Logout from the popup menu.
